High-Quality Bathroom Designs

When it comes to bathroom remodeling, we want to ensure you have a few elements. At LFM Remodeling we consider comfort, design, sensibility, and your budget to build you the best bathroom for your home.

Comfort

Choosing the right layout will be crucial. When doing a remodel we have the ability to tear out the entire bathroom. We can also reconfigure the layout to ensure we get the most out of the space. Maybe the size of the vanity is too big and you’d like a large walk-in shower instead? In almost every bathroom we are working on, we are able to come up with efficient ideas. We’ll do minor or major changes to get the most out of the new bathroom and make it most comfortable and customized for your needs.

Although almost every time the proposed changes are available, sometimes they are not always worth the change. For example, in a bathroom with a lot of space on the first floor of a home that sits on a cement slab, relocating a tub to the other side of the room where there is no existing plumbing can require breaking the concrete in order to run the plumbing to the new location of the tub. That type of work will make the job longer and more complex, raising the remodel’s cost. In cases like this, we make sure to give the customer a couple of the best available options. Usually, these options are based on our experience with information on how it will affect the remodel’s complexity, price, and duration during the pre-construction phase. Our goal is to empower the homeowner with the appropriate knowledge to make the best decisions for their remodel.

Design

At LFM Remodeling, we believe that design is a form of art. The ability to select the right finishes based on the chosen layout is crucial to the final design look. Selecting the right finishes can be frustrating for some who don’t have the experience doing so. There are so many options – what will be the size of the tile? What color? Or what kind of vanity do I use? What kind of countertop is best?! When trying to connect all of those together it’s important to follow a plan and try to be consistent with it. Many materials can look amazing in the showroom but when used together with other finishing materials, the combination may end up not looking so good. To prevent that we are offering a couple of options:

1. Our project manager will understand your vision and taste to help you select the finished materials.

He will also connect you with the right vendors, to make sure you get attractive prices on your purchases. As a remodeling company that remodels homes on a daily basis, we deal with selecting finished materials for different layouts all the time. It’s easier for us to imagine how your space would look with different options.

2. Selecting a matching design from our wide portfolio.

Over the years we’ve learned that choosing different materials from different combinations to create a whole new design might work. However, sometimes the result is not as desired and good as a planned approach. A good way to prevent this is to look at specific combinations of materials and use the exact same combination of materials. The disadvantage of this option is that it’s less customized and you want to stay close to the referenced design as much as possible. The benefit of this is if you look at the bathrooms from our portfolio that you like, we can get the look of your bathroom to match it, as long as those materials will work with the layout of your new bathroom. You will most likely be very pleased with the finished result.

3. Interior Designer.

If the first two options mentioned above are a little too basic for you, we can always connect you with our interior designer. In this case, you will have a one-on-one meeting with an experienced, professional, and skilled interior designer. He will help you select the new layout, finish materials, and even the way those materials will be installed. For example, if there’s a decision to be made about whether the tile should be installed horizontally or vertically, the interior designer will help with that. In this case, we can provide you with a 3D design to help you visualize the look of your new bathroom. If you decide to do this we’ll start by setting a budget and based on that our designer can help you select the best route to take.

Sensibility

In order to differentiate from a bedroom or living room, your new bathroom will have features that you’re going to constantly use and they can be a lot more complex to replace than furniture. Things such as plumbing, electrical fixtures, etc. Our goal is to follow strict construction rules and local codes to make sure that your new dream bathroom is done right. And not only by the way it looks but also by its functionality of it which will directly affect its longevity of it.
