Bathroom Remodel - Lake Austin
This Lake Austin bathroom needed to have it’s layout reworked to increase functionality and aesthetic. Our team made the nook exactly the size of the tile to make sure it looks 100% centric and fits seamless into the shower. We took the 2 separate vanities and make on long double sink vanity. We also created a wet area with single shower pan that spans the length of the shower and underneath the tub.

Kitchen Remodel - Lake Austin
For this kitchen, our LFM team didn’t have to change the overall layout, but we replaced the cabinets, countertops, and backsplash to create a new beautiful look. We increased the length of the island to include a brand new wine cooler. We also extended the kitchen cabinets to the ceiling to increase storage and add a beautiful glass window accent.
